Healthy Fresh Pita Wrap Recipe

Flatbreads or Pitas

Lettuce, spinach, or other greens

Cherry tomatoes

Feta cheese

Sliced cucumbers

MEAT (the most important ingredient… use whatever you prefer. Today I used spicy italian chicken sausage from Trader Joes, which is pretty good for a chicken sausage—usually they are too dry and not as good as pork sausage in my opinion)

Olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper to drizzle/sprinkle on top

Instructions: (just in case but its really not that hard tho… it’s a wrap) put the flatbread under the broiler to toast it and slice/heat up/cook your meat. Spread hummus on the bread and add all the other ingredients. Eat it up!
